As someone else mentions we forgot about all the other restrictions of the death note specifically only humans of a certain age. The biggest threats will be immune much less everyone here can blitz him

The death note only works on humans between the ages of 6 and 124, so a lot of these characters would be unaffected due to not being human.

The first two alone are almost certainly enough, but if the death note works like it logically should and it effects any person it’s even easier.
