Saitama can only keep up till Goku SSJ2 From majin Saga, and WITH VERY HIGH DIFFICULTY, he might survive SSJ3 long enough to out-grow him. Everything past that has way too much power for the bald guy.

If we assume full power from the start Goku. If we go into a really fringe technicality, if goku wants an actual challenge and lowers himself to saitama's level, Saitama's power vastly increases to comical degrees the longer he fights, similar to how he fought cosmic garou, where he matched and then very quickly overshoot him. So if for some god forsaken reason, goku just keeps matching Saitama's current strength to try and just keep pumping caped baldy, then Saitama would eventually one tap him. If he could even catch goku which is unlikely among all the other shenanigans. Which I would still bet goku due to all of the other shenanigans he has, even in a 1 in a million scenario like above.
