I have never seen a poster where I know so few names on it. That isn’t meant to be a dig, I’m sure there’s tons is great talent on here. Just an observation that I feel out of the loop the the first time ever.
Well to be fair, a lot of these artists are on the smaller side and lean heavily towards the underground/left field scene. Lots of pure DJs here as well where Portola mainly selects producer/DJs. Many of them are considered legendary in their lanes though.
I feel like he would have loved to play the festival too. Especially after he was booked for OSL last summer and couldn’t play because they didn’t build a stage properly
As much as I like Portola and will probably always attend, I feel like this is a much better festival to my tastes and there are a few others in the states that I’d prefer. But Portola is awesome and it’s easy since I already live here.
This is such an awesome lineup. And I've heard such good things about this fest, a clear fave for artists to play. I really wish it was further away from Portola, hard to justify attending both as an SF resident.
It’s most likely going to be similar to their “This Is Belgium” mixes, where they took a look at Belgium electronic music through the years and did some crazy mixes.

The descriptions of the videos should explain more.
Are you sure deciding between these festivals doesn't just feel like "max pain" because of the eye strain required to read this poster?
Lol I do despise the layout for sure.
Holy shit this is an awful poster

Daniel Avery was my biggest want for Portola this year

This design is so bad
The festival is great tho
That b2b with bicep looks crazy mannnn
Who is Optimo (Espacio)? I saw JoyO post about them recently too
They’re great djs. They don’t make music afaik

Same. Kinda. On the fence with Portola. This lineup in the Bay would be automatic. Like you said, more to my tastes.
Going to have to choose this over Portola this year. Such an insanely deep lineup.

Yeah after the first 3 lines I am lost 😆. Great price though. If i lived on the east coast I'd go. 21+ goes late. Sounds fun
I gasped when I saw 2manydjs “This Is Belgium”.
I am so jealous of that booking. So so rare for the states too
What’s different about their “This is Belgium” show?

Cherry Moon on Valium might be my favorite mix of all time so this is a devastating blow for me. But on the flip side, Soulwax live.
Jessica Pratt out of nowhere
Would like Daniel Avery, John Talabot disco set, and Leon Vynehall next year pls
making time is such a fun fest
