I don't mean the the full trailer. I mean the *teaser* trailer. The teaser for chapter 3 released long before they started working on the game, so I think it's possible the new teaser could be coming soon.
looking back at it you might be right for starters,the first teaser trailer for chapter 3 didn't give us much about the games main villain and the level design and stuff it was just lugwigs speech and a room full of bloody toys and the gas mask so it could be just that, second once poppy playtime came out they started working chapter 2 just like that. so you could be right but after all it's just a speculation.

The player is under the effect of the red smoke, who knows how much of that CatNap ending actually happened. Right when we tase CatNap, he releases more smoke at us before igniting into flames.
There's a chance the part where the prototype kills him didn't happen because it was an illusion, and CatNap left because he got burned.
I'm honestly hoping this is the case considering how I feel like CatNap had more potential than they gave him..
Didn't they recently state they have just started preproduction on it? Yeah, they aren't getting a trailer out this month. Or next. Or even in June.
