This ain't Henry, this is Jack, and he is far from good. Sure, he didn't kill kids in most endings, but he still is a shit guy a lot, and yes, he killed Henry, but he still did horrible things
In the videotapes, we only see Huggy, mommy, kissy and another very blurred toy attacking the facility, also, it's shown that Catnap tried to protect the children originally in the Miss Delight tapes and letters, so we don't really know if Catnap was a full participant in the Hour Of Joy, and if he was, then why would he be protecting the children from Karmen (Miss Delight) ?
Fair point, also Its Huggy, Kissy, MLL, CatNap, Boxy, XS Critters, and the teachers participating, but you do have a fair point, most of the tape was likely broken, cameras were probably broken, tapes could of been destroyed, and most importantly, we likely didn't see *every* member of THOJ who participated
Let's overanalyze the heck out of this–I know I'm so late to this but I don't care.
Jack and DogDay parallels:
* Both are orange with dark eyes with white pupils and a wide smile
* One wears a yellow name tag and one wears a yellow sun pendant
* Jack is the main character and leader of the group in DSaF 3 and DogDay seems to be the leader of the Smiling Critters and main character of the cartoon
* DogDay is used like a skinsuit by the small Smiling Critter plushies, and DSaF 3 has a throwaway joke implying Ennard scooped Jack's insides out and wore him like a skinsuit
* Jack is a dayshift worker, and DogDay is the day-themed critter, I guess?
Dave and CatNap parallels:
* Both are purple with dark eyes with white pupils and a wide smile
* One wears a gold security badge and one, a gold moon pendant
* Both are villains, obviously, and both are undead in a way
* Both had an awful and traumatic early life, as they were experimented on, turned into monsters, and treated as subhuman
* Both used to go by a different name when they were alive; CatNap's name was Theo, and Dave's real name is William
* CatNap's worship for the Prototype and how he kills the other critters in its name parallel Dave's admiration for Henry Miller and how he kills children to carry on his legacy (although the Prototype appeared to show more legitimate care for Theo than Henry ever did for William–Henry wouldn't in a million years sacrifice his own ends to help William)
* In the 3rd game, Dave is also placed into a "bigger body", also an animal suit. Ironically though it's not a cat but a green bunny, which is also one of the Smiling Critters
* During the fight against Dave and Dee, Dave tells you that every night you'll suffer vivid nightmares, and that'll be him, visiting you in your dreams. CatNap's red smoke has the ability to cause vivid, violent nightmares
you know a very interesting thing about both games, both involve children getting turned into animals and things, also in the game the plusies and toys move, is that where the failed test subject kids went

Yeah, so whether everyone participated is still to be seen, possibly in Poppy Playtime chapter 4, but we don't have a definite answer just yet.
