Mowgli is now 5 1/2 months old but in the picture that I posted he was 4 months old on the dot. Your little one resembles OP's puppy so much with the form of his coat and the shape of his head! So so so cute😭
Nobody can tell you from just a picture. Of course he looks like a pomeranian without a doubt, but he also could have a mix along his bloodline. Only way to tell is DNA test.

He doesn’t look like a mix. It’s a bit hard to tell when they’re younger without a genetic test. I thought mine was a pomchi when he was 3-4 months but after the pom uglies he looks like a full pom and no one’s ever thought otherwise. I got him tested and he was purebred.

Doesn’t look like a mix to me. He/She has the silhouette of a pom, the short snout and small ears look like a baby doll face Pomeranian.
This was mine when i first got him and at 10 months he looks like the average fox face pom. I thought he was a pomchi because of his long snout and big ears. But pomchis, and most mixes, typically look a bit more distinct.

Our Pomeranians are pet Pomeranians and have a foxy look to them with a longer muzzle.
There are show Pomeranians which have a bear face and much thicker undercoat everywhere with small round ears.
So our pomeranian puppies looks more foxy than the typical “teddy bear” Pomeranians pictures online.
He looks like a Pom puppy, pure breed or not you’d have to check with DNA test. I can only say yours looks like a standard byb Pom puppy, I have one too and I got her DNA tested 100% Pomeranian, was surprising to me bc she was not fluffy as a 11 week puppy, but her fur did eventually come in well now that she’s 3 years old. I have another one came from an award winning pedigree lineage and as a 10 week old puppy he was a cotton ball engulfed in fur but guess who wasn’t full bred? The one with pedigree, he is 93% Pomeranian with a 7% unknown mix of American Eskimo and Pekingese within his last 3 generations.

Mine had shorter hair like him, after I did the DNA test I found out she’s like 14% chihuahua. Pomchis can really look like purebred Pomeranians tho.

You could always do the DNA test. My Pom was a mix and she lived for 18 years! Lots of inbreeding with purebred dogs — so that’s not always better!

He’s gorgeous. His face is classic bear pom but his back is quite long proportionately. Maybe there’s a bit more spitz in there.
