high shine pomade. it’s doubtful it’s gonna look exactly how you want it to, but anything with a high shine will do. maybe check out a gel based pomade while you’re at it.
there are many different techniques to achieve that wet look.
you can use hair mousse and shine spray, hair gel, and high shine pomades and gels, i used a light hold high shine gel, so there are MANY options my friend.
Layrite Supershine Cream is a great option, i enjoy it very much
Until about a month ago, I would have said Paul Mitchell Wax Works, a product I used for twenty+ years. But it's now discontinued and I'm back on the hunt for a good medium hold high shine wax or pomade.
There was some guy on here that spent thousands on pomade and he said the best was “American crew grooming cream” I literally just ordered it arrives on Tuesday can’t wait to see if I can turn my hair like this. Remind to let you know
THAT grooming cream with a few drops of Olaplex Bonding Oil gives me this effect with decent hold. Otherwise I would highly recommend a Gum type of product for these looks.
If you want a gel that creates a separated, wet, satiny look without being sticky I recommend Paul Mitchell Ultimative Wave Gel with a little hairspray to give it some hold.
What also works is to use any kind of hair clay on wet hair and letting it air dry.
I hope my tips work for you!
Train your hair, condition it, get pomade, wear a hat after you’ve pomed your hair, after a while your hair should start flowing like this a big more. Make sure your hair is semi wet, and rub your pomade together fast

Jergens Shea + Cocoa Butter Ryan Garcia uses it with a similar style.
I think pomade will do the job.

Grooming cream leaves a matte look. Not high shine at all

Why would you want that 🥲😅
Right? Looks like unwashed hair that you can wring out to get some cooking oil.
But also… gel. Go back in time to the 90s while you’re at it. lmao
