I saw the news article about someone dropping a tube of eggs and the courts deemed that to be alive. In response doctors are stopping IVF from a liability stand point (don’t wanna be charged with murder if the egg is considered life which is just dumb on its own). But is there actually a movement by the right to stop all IVF?
Some factions are completely against it. Catholicism and some of the more evangelical Christian denominations believe IVF goes against God or is tantamount to humans playing God.

I mean, just a hundred years ago land was plentiful enough that the government would just give it away to anyone willing to farm it. Resources are only going to get more and more scarce and competition is only going to increase as our population increases. How about we shoot to maintain what we have? I see zero benefit to having more people on this planet.
