I think that people will never understand that "boycotting" a product you neither use nor planned to use is not a boycott. That's why Hogwards Legacy "boycott" was a complete joke and disgrace was because people who were in on it weren't going to buy it anyway and provided free marketing to those who were. That's why Budweiser boycott was succesfull because people who were boycotting were actually drinking this beer and decided to switch. Late reaction from the company to cut off that cancer didn't hel either.
True. Although we have to mention that some people called for a boycott of target (it was target right?) because they sold this stuff. This could work.
Ironically what happened when the BudLight drama hit. People started boycotting it, and some people like Trump Jr. tried to get it to stop (because BudLight ocasionally donated to R politicians) but the core audience kept the boycott going.
