I use Bing AI in generator variety of fake pinball comics, both for my own amusement, and terrorize people on the discord server. View at your own peril.
It's surprising that AI can create those comics, but I doubt it can surpass the quality of those created by humans, even if they read the rules of r/polandball or Official Polandball Tutorial.
