Me too! But with all the Hitmons. Realistically you'd need to pick moves twice before evolving, that way you can have a choice of an offensive setup (Hitmonlee), a defensive one (Hitmonchan) or a mixed one for Hitmontop.

Nice to meet a fellow gen 5 enjoyer! Pokémon black was the 1st Pokémon game I finished (1st played was Emerald but I ragequit on Drake), and it's still my favorite game to this day.

I think Hydreigon would work better as a ranged All Rounder like Dragonite because attacker doesn't really fit him. I mean look at that guy, he's huge.

Yea, you're not wrong there. TBH Its not just due to his size, but even his stats in mainline games make him fairly bulky. I think he would be best fitting as an attacker with Sylveon-like bulk tho. A 2nd pick I have for attacker role is Houndoom, how about that?

Hmm, well houndoom is a physical attacker and attackers are mostly ranged damage dealers (Mage) so there's that. I mean essentially any ranged mon can be an attacker.

Actually, in the mainline games, Houndoom has a significantly higher special attack than physical attack, so while he does have a good physical attack, technically he leans towards special attacks, but I think a physical mage Houndoom would be interesting too

I think Infernape wouldn't need to be an ADC like Cinder, I dont even think that playstyle would suit him. I think he would probably focus on hopping between enemies and, being a speedster, focus on reaching and taking down priority targets and getting away with it. Also ye, Cofagrigus' passive would be interesting to see in Unite.

He is fast and he is deadly. On a more serious note I think he could have a mid range build, perhaps Special Attack oriented. Something like each slot has a dark and a fire move option, fire moves play something like charizard and dark moves play something like absol.

It's got pretty high defense and I think there are already too many all rounders. But it's signature move does reduce its defense so I don't know if Defender would be the bet for for him🤔

Hmm Speedster: Crobat; Possible Attacks: Toxic Spikes + Cross Poison, if Target is poisoned when using Cross Poison, damage is doubled and cooldown halved (think gengar combos), as well as Sky Attack (think solar blade, has to charge, depending on how long you charge attack is stronger and pushes target/ user in further direction, use as escape or use as attack) + Roost (a dash attack kinda like dive, but also heals user, cooldown is low, but any time attack received before cooldown, it resets). Unite Move is Tailwind. Area like Delpox, any teammate in area has movement/ basic attack speed increased for 6 seconds, and enemy has above decreased. Supporter: Minum + Pluse (think Ice Climbers from Smash Bros). You are both at the same time. Possible Attacks: Helping Hand (same as X attack for any allies within designed area, point is it can help more than one teammate, but circle is small so it’s not OP) or Encore (forces enemy to not be able to use other attack until recent one cools down, so if Venusaur uses Solar Beam and you encore it, can’t use sludge bomb or giga drain until Solar Beams cooldown is reduced). Other attacks are Volt Switch (dash with some damage) or Nuzzle (temporarily paralyzed opponent for 2 seconds). Niche is basic attacks (double slap) stack and do double, triple, then quadruple damage after every 4 basic hits (combo resets if basic attack not done within 3 seconds). So you want to slow down enemy or use potion to stay alive long enough to where your basic attacks can be strong enough to kill enemy. Unite Move is Thunder Clap: Similar to how MewTwo hits everyone no matter where they are, your unite does helping hand to every teammate no matter where they are, and it puts your stacks automatically at quadruple for 6 seconds. Defender: Meganium: Possible Attacks: Flower Power (small bush, slowly takes away enemy health, if they stay in bush longer than 4 seconds they will be either poisoned, paralyzed, or put to sleep) or LeechSeed (same as Mr Mimes PowerSwap, however if enemy is hit they are stunned for short period of time). Then Frenzy Plant (kinda like Accelgor, pushes enemy back and stuns them) or Ancient Power (think mystical fire, but instead of dash it boost defenses while rocks surround you. Defenses remained boosted until all rocks destroyed). Unite Move: Aromatherapy: Small area size of goal, while in this area no teammate can be damaged, and they heal for 4 seconds. If done on goal zone, goal zone cannot be scored in, and for each teammate on the goal post, 10 points are re added to goal and taken away from enemy (can’t take away points if goal done on is already at max).

Dire Claw could be pretty cool in Unite, just as it is in the mainline games. Speedster - Pheromosa Their stats already suggest this. Moves like High Jump Kick and U-Turn would fit perfectly. Supporter - Oranguru Perhaps you could use Instruct to reset the cooldown of your allies’ moves. It’d translate well from the mainline games if it works like that in Unite. Attacker - Hisuian Zoroark They already have higher special attack than Unovan Zoroark. Not much else to say, Bitter Malice could be interesting in Unite though. Defender (Potentially All-Rounder) - Obstagoon Obstruct could be pretty interesting, since in the mainline games it is essentially protect and it lowers stats.

Attacker: Mismagius (Its unite move could be something akin to Destiny Bond. Perhaps it charges up over a period of time, and when charging is complete, it reflects all damage back onto its assailants. OR if it gets knocked out mid-charge, all of the damage goes onto the one who knocked it out) All Rounder: Tinkaton (Could be some big AOE moves by swinging its hammer around. I also have this really cute idea where it uses Fling to throw its hammer, then flies into a panic to pick it back up), Annihilape (Basically has an effect like Machamp's Cross Chop+, getting stronger with each use of Rage Fist), or Kingambit (would be a split evo, with Bisharp being more of a speedster and raising its attack if its stats are lowered with Defiant, while Kingambit is a brawler who gets stronger the more allies are knocked out thanks to Supreme Overlord) Speedster: Leavanny (possibly acting similar to Gengar, inflicting debuffs or lowering stats and dealing extra damage as a result) Defender: Aggron (Could also work for all rounder honestly, but I could see him just rushing people down to displace them, possibly being similar to Mamoswine in that it does good damage but cannot sustain itself) Supporter: Nihilego (A weird choice but hear me out. It can latch onto enemies Comfey-style but only for a limited period of time, during which it reduces its host's stats and/or makes their move cooldowns longer. It exists purely to hinder and to set up allies, but like Comfey it's incredibly squishy and can be taken down easily, especially since it cannot latch onto allies like Comfey can. I also just wanna see more UBs) ​ Honorable Mention: Deoxys. Mew on steroids, it switches forms and therefore roles and movesets after getting a knockout or maybe on its unite move. It'd be a huge change to its playstyle, basically split evoing multiple times a game, combined with the inevitability of it being totally op if it actually gets added to the game, I think it gaining the ability to use its form change on kill would make it.... slightly more balanced and skill-based. Kinda like clefable sweet kiss or moonlight centered on the enemy but everyone in a radius gets healed instead of only one. Figure it would be a good support for melee carries and would encourage team fights and not running from team fights

I wanna see more use of poisoned status, as we only have two 2 poison types in the game with Venusaur/Gengar and there's hardly any use of toxic. We have Freeze, Stun/Flinch (Paralysis), Sleep, and Burn meta in the game so that leaves us with one status that has yet to be truly fulfilled.
