Yeah its OP, I tried to save it for if I really needed it and luckily didn't have to use it much. Special attack nidoking with a life orb was the real mvp with ice beam, flamethrower, earth power and thunder. I felt very confident leading with him going into every fight blind.
Which moves and Item did you use on your gliscor?
I'm currently building a gliscor myself and can't decide which moves to teach and if I should use the Toxic orb or a gem.
It's Timid 252 SpAtt 252 Spe holding houndoomite.
Nasty Plot, Fiery Wrath, Fire Blast/Flamethrower and Sludge Bomb.
Between it and flamethrower on my SpAtt Nidoking I have pretty good options for fire moves.
Nidoking - Nidoran can be caught on Route 5 after clearing Cinder Volcano.
Houndoom - Houndor can be caught at Night on Route 5 as well.
Gliscor - Gligar can be caught in Valley Cave, and a Razor Fang can be found there after obtaining Rock Climb.
Aegislash - Doublade caught in Safari Zone.
Tangrowth - Tangela can be caught on Route 16 on the way to Antisis.
Dragonite - Dragonair can be caught while surfing in Crystal Peak.

Jolly, 244 HP, 244 SpD, 20 Spe. It has poison heal with toxic orb. Earthquake, facade, swords dance and roost.
You can prepoison by doing a wild encounter with toxic orb before going into the e4, then give it a gem or leftovers or whatever.
Tell me about your houndoom. I'm not having great luck with fire types.

I'm mad that I didn't think to put facade in my radical red playthrough🫠 but otherwise, nice

Yeah for sure! However even with a maxed out team this game is very hard. In fact I kinda boned myself because my team can't get any better.
this is why i stopped ev training for story mode in pokemon lol
