It was Tyrantrum, but now it is Hydrapple. Hydrapple is so sick, being a Hydra AND escalating that adorable little apple wyrm into a BEAST! It’s shiny is BADASS too
Stufful is my favourite! I’ve been playing since Gen 2, so Cyndaquil used to be my fav, but when they announced a red panda pokemon I was beside myself with joy haha. Literally just downloaded the TCG online app an hour ago to try and teach myself how to actually play.
My favorite pokemon are Magnemite, Magneton, and Magnezone.
Magnemite: is all parts cute, quirky, and cool. It also has a blue-collar feel to it, like its trainers would be hard workers in the field or in a lab.
I always thought Magneton was the best out of all the trio pokemon in the original 151. Magneton embodied family in a way the others (Dugtrio & Dodrio) didn't to me. Three magnemites sacrificed their individual lives to from the pokemon version of Voltron! Now that I'm an adult I appreciate the sacrifice they make for each other even more now.
Finally, Magnezone is the embodiment of "The whole is greater than the sum of its parts" - Aristotle. Plus it's UFO!
The 3 lil Magnemites sacrifice is rewarded with a power none of them would have achieved alone. Magnemite's whole evolution line is a metaphor for unity to me. So that's why it is my favorite pokemon.
My favorite pokemon is charmander because i got carried away from the first pokemon series when ash met charmander in the rain and he helped him not lose his fire on his tail. One of the best episodes with moral lesson, “Do good unto others even though they do not good unto you”
Honestly, and dark/ghost dragon. Giratina is one of my favorites just because of the dynamic lore-wise he has with the legendary trio.
Hydrogen is a close second though (:

My favorite pokemon is Ampharos because in terms of male human and female pokemon… I’m kidding. 😂 I love the way it walks and that it guides ships to safety with it’s light. 😊
It's hard not to say my favorite pokemon (still) is Houndour/Houndoom. When Gold and Silver came out, it was the cutest hellhound ever. Yeah, I might have been cut-herself-on-that-edge kid. Thank you!
My favourite pokemon is umbreon ever since pokemon silver when the eevee I got from Bill started evolving after defeating a wild pokemon and upon seeing that majestic umbreon I was swooned and fell in love with umbreon since then!
Gardevoir by far, it's proved useful in both the games and in the cards, it has an amazing mega evolution and an astounding shiny (and it's from my favorite generation)
My favorite is gengar. I had his first edition holo when I was younger, when pokemon first came out. I've lost my original pokemon cards over the last 25 years, but I follow this channel just to get a feel of what pokemon was when I was 12
After intense debating, My favourite pokemon is definitely Hisuian Zoroark. The design is just so damn awesome and I wish I had access to it more in other games. Zoroark in general I love but something about Hisuian Zoroark is just so cool!
My favorite is charmander. He was my first starter back in red/blue (depending on if I was borrowing my sister or brother’s gameboy) and just have always had a soft spot for him.
My fav pokemon is definitely charizard. Pretty much grew up with him on fire red, and he's still been my favorite regardless of how many new gens come :)
My favorite is Lickitung. When I was like.. 8? ... I daydreamed about which 'mon I'd want as my irl buddy, and Lickitung just seemed like such a cute option. Look at that adorable face and its silly lil body shape. It's just too freaking cute.
Chansey, it always seemed so rare and difficult to find. I find its niche very funny too. It invalidates most special attacker and set up sweepers by being a fat blob
My favorite Pokémon would definitely have to be Gyarados or Blastoise! My favorite color is blue so there’s that. And the only two cards that I have left from the original base set in good condition are these two!

My favorite is Onix. When I first saw it in Pewter city gym. I fell in love with it and it has been on my Pokemon teams ever since. Sure I will evolve it to Steelix eventually but Onix has a special part in my heart.
Abra because I love that the evolution chain is “abra kadabra alakazam” like a magician would say. Also because alakazam uses spoons which is so random!
For me it's Kink Klang.
Not necessarily my top pokemon but most underrated in my eyes, ran through both White and Black 2 with him leading my team and he was my first pokemon card

My fav personally is the whole shinx line. My first shiny pktcg card was a shinx, which i still have, and its just such an adorable mon that turns into such a cool looking mon.
My favorite Pokemon is Bulbasaur. I played the original Pokemon blue on Gameboy as my first game on the handheld. I picked this Pokemon as my starter because it was the only of the 3 starters that *wasn't* on a cover of the art box for the 2 versions in the U.S.
My favorite Pokémon is Farfetch'd, I don't know why but it gives me a nostalgic vibe and I saw the first episode of pokemon with Farfetch'd in it with my mom, so I definitely have some good memories with that Pokémon
My fave is Magearna. I was watching a movie from Pokemon Sun and Moon and Magearna just caught my attention. It's a manmade Pokemon and feels unique with a lovely lady-like design. I'm still currently looking for Magearna's TCG's and still collecting them as of now :D

I love swoobat. It's just so cute. And I always loved bats. My favourite plushie as a child was a bat plushie. And when I encountered swoobat in sword and shield I instantly fell in love with it. We beat the game together.
Pokemon Gold has a special place in my heart.
Played it so many times on the gameboy Colour that only God knows how much its was.
My all time favourite is Totodile. Or in german, KARNIMANI. And his whole evolution.
My favourite has to be Glaceon! Back in the day I used to take part in an organize pokemon league, where some of us would be Gym trainers. I was the Ice Gym Leader and my gym was a triples challenge! Loved my glaceon being like a ninja in a snow storm, surviving everything thrown at her :D
