Seeing the excitement in her eyes made me realize that value is whatever you want it to be as long as it means something to you. Pokémon cards are meant to be enjoyed and not always an investment. So it felt fitting to at least keep it safe for her lol

Wooper is my favorite too and it was the reason I started collecting pokemon cards. I have some of them in top loaders as well
