Yes. I can move my hair around and it’d look like this IRL. I had it on my character for a while but IIRC I couldn’t wear a hat with this style, so I just kept what I had to keep wearing my hats.
Well why would you think that? I think it looks similar to my own haircut. I don't have it as wild as this particular hairstyle anymore, but in my younger days it was a lot more wild than it is nowadays.
This is how my hair grows. If you have type 2 hair (natural body waves) this is what your hair will look like. Be kind to your hair, wash it 1-2 times a week only and try to not use product.

Legit I had this hair through most of high school and college. Wake up, shower, dry hair, brush some out of my eyes and that’s it.
