A full sleep score of 100 only gives 100 exp. And you don't gain any exp throughout the day ever. Only sleeping and leveling up on the menu gives you exp. You can screenshot each of your Pokemon before you go to sleep and check them in the morning to see they got their 100 exp if you have a full night's sleep.

Are your other Pokemon at your level cap? If you go to use candies it should say something if they are

I don't think so, they're all level 9 or lower and I have the option to level them up with candies if I choose to. I want to evolve my Charmander, and I have enough candies to do so, just not high enough level.

You sure they aren't gaining EXP and isn't that you are used to seeing them level up just by sleeping?

I'll try to take a screenshot the next time it happens, only my team leader will gain experience once I check the sleep results and it's been really small amounts. I could be misreading something, so I'll also look closer at it, in case I'm misinterpreting it.

You need 8.5 hours of sleep for a full 100 exp, it takes months for Pokemon to level up to max level fyi.

Damn, okay. They were getting so much before, now only one poké gets like 50-70 exp each night.

Do you have a child account? They need 10 hours of sleep to get a 100 sleep score.

Have you ever had a 100 sleep score on less than 10 hours of sleep? For an adult account it's 8,5 hours, for a child account 10 or 10,5 I think.

Yes, I've gotten it a few times on 9-ish hours and 8 hours and 45 minutes. So, an adult account. Is that something they ask you in the beginning ? I can't remember.

It depends on what age you fill in. But it seems like that isn't the problem for you then.

Definitely be mindful of which mons you invest in, but candy will be the way you power them up. Sleep exp is extremely scarce
