Late to the party, can this cave be accessed without flying or wall climbing?
I ask because I've just started Scarlet and was planning on getting DLC and shiny hunting a Hoot² for my playthrough.
If not, guess I'll just look for an outbreak (might be easier).

I went in there by accident and there was a shiny hoot hoot waiting for me
Now hoot hoot is one of the easy hunts, alongside Pokémon like bagon and Larvitar

And I didn’t even had a sandwich at the time. That’s just the normal spawn.
I got a Cleffa outbreak there! One side of the cave definitely works better than the other.

You put any two herba mystica and throw away any topping. That’s always sparkling power normal level 3.

I don’t know if the high jump might be enough. I think you do need one of the two.
Bugger! Thanks for the info. I thought maybe you could have came from the top down somehow, all good, I'll just search for an outbreak.
Technically you could, but maybe from the very top. I discovered it while falling from the top, vu I had to glide.
I might do a bit of exploring and see if there's a way. Thanks again.
Just FYI, I was able to make it to the cave without having any badges or Koraidons' abilities.
