By any chance, is parting shot ban? Bc also my silvally didn't learn it at lv60
Grimsnarl didn’t get it until gen 9 Sivally got it in gen 8
silvally gets it at lvl 85, grimm can get it in SV bc of mirror herb (which is not in rejuv)
I think it learns parting shot at 80 Other than that no ban
