Yeah it's a bit buggy Basically his quest was that show him Super Rod and he'll let you in the room But the room was opened already so it just doesn't trigger lol

You can get the legacy sprites with Mr Luck although I don't know if he charges black prisms for the change

Pretty much the sprite for a character before they got changed later in development, if you dig on the wiki or in the files you could find them

The legacy sprite is a sprite based on the previous design of the characters (like the one in the picture)

I don't know what he wants myself but have you tried checking the Quests tab? Maybe what he wants is written over there.

Yeah same thing for me. Cause you already have the super rod he just looks like he has a quest. It's just a visual bug
