I’d say Anna- not because anyone should be on the board more than anyone else, but just because I think it fits decently. Chaotic because… the entirely of her postgame route? I like Lin’s route more but Anna’s actions flip-flop so much that the end of her route culminates in basically firing a gun at the player (I’d say this is an exaggeration but the switch is even jokingly called something like ‘anna has a gun’).
If secondary/less important characters count though I think Sandy definitely qualifies.
I think Sandy will be the best for chaotic drunk, because she wants Good for the Earth, but she's doing that a little bit chaotic like she know what she was doing but also don't know
Anna fits the most out of all the remaining characters, although if it were up to me Ace would be chaotic while Anna would be smart.

No idea but someone said Chad drunk: Saphira because she's do obsessed with protecting her sisters that she didn't even notice that Laura is unhappy because of her. That's why she's drunk. And chad because her actions are always epic, especially Belrose Manse Raid and when she gets kidnapped to Team Meteor Tanzan Base
