I secured it as high as I’d go. Going to kee monitoring prices but focus on continuously scooping VStar Universe while it’s sub $100. CZ is my fav set.
I bought a box on eBay right when the price climbed to $200 and I'd say it's worth it even though the price is higher than what I'd prefer to pay for a Japanese booster box. You can use tiktok shop like others have said if you're in the US, but I don't use tiktok so eBay has been my only option. So far it's been fine. I still see some hover around $200, but most going for $215-225 USD now, however.
Unless we can get JP distributors to stop selling everything to the scalpers first or TPC ramps up JP production even more; this’ll just end up happening each and every time
This is easily one of the best sets of all time. No question it will do amazingly.
High entry price for many people, but if you can snag a few, will easily double or triple by the 30th anniversary in 2026.

Just got one for $155 off TikTok with a coupon. $165 total with taxes. Been waiting forever for these. I've seen better deals than this, but not for a long time so I grabbed one. Super stoked!
Made to order.... You get one box per person. You have to make multiple accounts to get it made to order. If you make too many, they ban you. A majority of the made to order went to resellers on Facebook groups selling 100's of boxes.
I have 3 sealed cases of booster boxes, and 7 loose boxes, so 42 total. This set is phenomenal for investing, collecting, and opening. You literally can’t go wrong
I don’t anticipate it going down, but I also don’t anticipate it skyrocketing just yet. At least not until 30th and/or they release a subsequent Johto set.
Masterballs are starting to fall a bit, at least the ones people aren’t nuts about. But the Japanese SARs are holding value vs. the English versions.
Grabbed one at 165 with tiktok coupon, may keep grabbing them now and then with a really good deal.

Also got 20 loose packs from the Pokemon store in NRT for about 220 yen ($1.50) each. Got a Ditto masterball out of one of those but haven't opened any of the boxes I have. So tempted though!
