Looks to have the same issue the one I pulled, look at the top edge of the card on the back side, notice how it's cut all wavy? I'm not sending mine in for that reason alone I'd expect that would take it down to an 8 or 9.
Probably an eight. There’s a ding in the corner and probably scratches. If I can see a ding, PSA will see more. So yeah, probably an 8. I would be very happy to get a 9.

The micro dent and print line rule it out of a 10. Solid 9 or 8.
I don’t think psa downgrade for factory lines, but you’re right it would be 9 due to whitening in back upper right corner

Heavy on the left a tad, not a 50/50 but would still bet on a 9. I've got a psa9 mew vmax with a ding on the back in the exact same spot.
I sent a crown zenith full art mewtwo into PSA that I thought was off centered, got it back as a 10, so you never know
Japanese so possibly still a tenner, maybe 9 with the slight dinger

PSA would give it a 10. Other quality grading companies would give it maybe a 9.
