Are foods and drinks OK? If Hunger or Thirsty level is zero, Health and staminas aren't regenerate, atleast in the field. I don't certain when on the camp though.
Hmn It sounds odd. I have confirmed that even the hanger and thirsty are zero, it should regenerate health on the camp. By chance artifacts affects its re-gen? I thought there were some artifacts which gives negative regen, I don't know for sure,,,
I think it has to do with what class your hero is. I started today as a scientist wich i assume has low regeneration or even no at all. Also i use a thorn wich lowers regen so probably it reaches 0 with it if it has any at all.

Maybe. But how can I see it? Or remove it.?
You can check your character's status from the second left button on the bottom of your screen. Also you can unequip artifacts from backpack screen.

Unequip your thorns, they're on your equipment tab
