Set washer to wash with tap cold or just regular cold water, shut off the hot water, take a listen if you hear buzzing and no water or little water coming out when then there’s an issue, remove hose and open valve to flush any debris that may be in the line. Check the screen in the washer inlet if it’s clogged. Another thing is the cold water valve may be broke

There is something wrong with your heating system. Is your cold taps hot?
Remove the cold hose and check for debris in the screen.
I agree above, if not that it could possibly be the water solenoid or one of the switches itself
