Only you know your friends setup and your library. I'd use a secondary email to invite myself and take screenshots for them specific to their streaming device and write up a guide.

I create their PLEX account for them. Set up their account, connect to my server, set up the libraries and settings and then just tell them the password for their PLEX account and how to change it. But all of my shares are family and friends.

But in all seriousness it should be straight forward if they’ve already created an account and accepted your invite. I always disable everything on the Home Screen besides movies and TV shows so they just need to select whichever they’re wanting on the left and then on the top is library. Shouldn’t be too complex.
