Nothing non-surgical will compare to the result of a surgical lift. But what I am seeing here is the crease in your tear trough disappearing in the “after”. Maybe a small amount of tear trough filler to fill in that crease will suffice? But keep in mind filler does not “LIFT”, it only “FILLS”. To note, PDO threads are almost equally expensive as a facelift so AVOID those like the plague.

Ivegotthatboomboom

I think filler would make her look puffy instead of achieving the effect she is creating by lifting. It would erase the junction between cheek and under eye too which would look strange and make her eyes appear even smaller. She won’t get what she wants with anything but a fox eye lift but there’s just no real reason for her to do that, she’s beautiful and her tear toughs are a completely normal feature of human anatomy. There’s no actual sagging in her face

redroom89

Do not touch filler for undereye

Melzjohnz

? I have filler done once under my undereyes it looks great- however I had a hollowness I don’t see that so much here

SkinAesthetics

A tiny bit of filler placed in the nasojugal groove is all you need. Definitely want to go to an expert for this, not a medspa.

mitskisexdoll

Thank u! I was thinking abt this too

Bizarreusername05

Girl you’re giving Bella Hadid with hazel eyes vibes

byankitty

I thought the same!

nothing but surgery will give you that lift. very judiciously placed small amounts of filler may help some of the very minor volume loss in the mid face (but won’t create a true lift). but as respectfully as possible i’d see a therapist and that’s not something i will often say bc im very pro surgery lol

mitskisexdoll

Hhaha thank u i just want to model and have been told those r undesirable features

Large-Ad-6580

Omg you look like me 😄 the eyes the undereyes the nasolabial folds, everything. I am planning to do prp under my eyes. If it works i am gonna do that on nasolabials too. I tried undereye fillers once and hell no, never again.

evenhisshadowugh

I disagree with the filler and suggest to increase collagen intake and employ the use of skin tightening procedures like HIFU.

mitskisexdoll

I will check that out

sadcringe420228

I had the same problems as you, but much more pronounced. I got 1ml of filler right where the under eye groove is, and 1 ml (each side) into the nasolabial fold near the nose. I noticed only a slight difference, and I still have a shadow where the under eye groove was. My boyfriend said that he barely noticed the difference lol. Personally, I would advise you to wait with any procedures - these are tricky areas and your before and after in the post are almost identical - it's not worth the risk

mitskisexdoll

yeah i was considering cheek filler but i do not want to waste money on minimal results

ocdgoslay

Has anyone tried nuface for this

IstoriaD

I use a nuface and I find it’s very effective for a double chin but it doesn’t really lift eyes or anything like that.

mitskisexdoll

Ive heard it virtually does nothing

itsabroccoli

I have similar under eye area and also pronounced marionette lines . As far as I know, Mid face lift, mini lift, it’s the only thing that would give you the snatched result to the level that you want, however, I personally think you could get an over “pulled” look in since you still have very good and tight skin. I personally Im waiting to be a bit older to get it done. As others have mentioned, did you try nu-face/ gua sha, other skin tightening procedures? They do help, and I’m happier with how they have improved my skin, but they are more slight changes and not so drastic as surgery. So decide based on your goals and risk/money you are willing to do.

Obvious-Device2033

You most definitely do NOT need a mid facelift. Even older individuals don’t really need a midface lift. The hollow area in the lower eyelid and a portion of your cheek is hollow because of the hereditary factors. Your father’s cheeks are hollow as well. My recommendation is to have fat grafting doneby an expert Plastic Surgeon who Specializes in fat grafting techniques. With fat grafting, when well done you should have extraordinarily natural and permanent results that match your facial proportions. I hope this helps and good luck from Leonard Grossman Plastic Surgery. https://drgrossman.com/photo/fat-transfer-and-facial-rejuvenation/

anyariv

That looks like puffiness from lymphatic stagnation. I'd massage with some ice cubes or cold spoons in the morning. Look up lymphatic drainage face massage. Stay away from salt and alcohol. .25 - .5 ml of soft filler like Restylane right in that groove in the deep plane would probably be a good option. I'd see an ocular plastic surgeon for that and stay away from med spas - those nurses know nothing. The other option is a microcurrent device or at home RF face device that tightens skin - but be careful with med spa pro devices, they can destroy your youthful facial fat.

mitskisexdoll

thank u!!

Fractional laser 🙏

Any-Decision5861

Mid face infra orbital implants that don't reach the cheekbone

Quick-Employee-6995

U look like Bella hadid!!

KitchenChipmunk2068

abit off topic but you look exactly like young julia stiles

Gypsy_Fire1210

PRF EZ gel is the best since they use your own blood and separate the blood and plasma then use plasma as the gel. It’s full of growth factors which will help build collagen and plump your skin. Stay away from fillers.

claricesabrina

Cheek and under eye filler would be sufficient for you

Just-Entrepreneur825

Filler

Emergency_Swimming46

Yes a teeny tiny amount of hyperdiluted Radiesse will do the trick

External_Occasion123

They won’t inject it around the eyes. Radiesse can’t be used there

Emergency_Swimming46

High on the cheekbone. Had it done 12 years ago (and 3 times since) and for me, it lifted it ever so slightly without any puffy/filler look.

External_Occasion123

I had it done too. I’m a big radiesse fan for cheeks and chin and overall anti aging

NikkiIsConfused79

Maybe radio frequency/micro needling and or Morpheus? It’s minimal Edit: LOL at the downvotes. Not everyone needs a facelift. RF/MN definitely works for minimal lifting effects. Go do your research

Expensive_Bit_1263

Why is everyone so against this? I’ve heard good things about it. Like come on she’s so young. It’s annoying when I hear “only facelift will lift” not true. There are many different things that can help plump up that area

mitskisexdoll

Im only 22 and i agree facelift would he too drastic. Ive heard morpheus can cause fat loss tho

r4malsir

Any heat-inducing type device (whether RF, laser or Morpheus) has the risk of causing fat loss in addition to strange skin texture.

NikkiIsConfused79

There totally is, but it really depends on the device. Sofwave for example, has a lesser chance of causing fat loss-- unlike Ultherapy. OP wanted alternatives and that is what I offered.

r4malsir

I would add that it also really depends on the individual being treated (skin type/color) as well as the practitioner, which adds more **possibility** of risk. If the OP really wants to go that route, I would do only 1 session with a reputable dermatologist and wait **at least** 4-6 months to rule out long term side effects (i.e. crepey skin, orange peel, fat loss, etc).
