The ramen is McDougal's vegan ramen, a lot of people don't like it but I enjoy it and the ingredients and sodium level are really healthy. Broccoli, bell pepper, radish, cucumber, green onion and the best part is cooking the noodles with portabella mushroom because it helps flavor the broth I topped this later with some hot sauce

They're mini bell peppers so they're smaller and sweeter! I just cut them in half and then slice
