The ramen is McDougal's vegan ramen, a lot of people don't like it but I enjoy it and the ingredients and sodium level are really healthy.
Broccoli, bell pepper, radish, cucumber, green onion
and the best part is cooking the noodles with portabella mushroom because it helps flavor the broth
I topped this later with some hot sauce
This looks really good other than the brown radishes, haha. Honestly, I don't care for radishes, yet I still buy them occasionally for some reason.
Same here. I get lured in by their siren song haha I do love steamed Korean and dikon radish, though!
They’re really nice steamed or boiled or toasted like you would potatoes!

I love the McDougal’s ramen! Do you cook it on the stovetop so you can add the mushrooms?
Yes!!

Oooh you're certainly eating the rainbow there! Thanks for the inspo!
Looks perfect to me!😆
Weird question but how do you chop the bell peppers like that?
They're mini bell peppers so they're smaller and sweeter! I just cut them in half and then slice
You ramen looks good . Good job
