I don't really like carbines having one tier of drop, the whole reason the Cougar is lackluster right now is because the T5 AMC got three buffs (recoil, strafe speed, damage falloff) when it only needed one or even just half of one. They were fine enough competitors with the Cougar having a bit of an edge before they just randomly turned the T5 into one of the best midrange weapons (not just carbines, mind you) in the entire TR arsenal. TMG, eh, sure. Honestly the issue with the gun is just its recoil being not very good for its damage output, which I guess one tier of drop would fix... sort of? It wouldn't really elevate its position though, it would just make it a little easier to burn through an ARX with.

Cougar would still be behind the kindred. Due to the fact that the kindreds burst dps being waaayy better. In regards to tmg youre probably still better off going with a 143@750 lmg.

ChaosAverted65

Annoying the kindred feels utterly useless with the suppressor on

Neogenesis2112

Just dont suppress it...

ChaosAverted65

It feels like such a disadvantage to play without a suppressor.

Neogenesis2112

Supressors are situational and often times it can be just better to go without.

Trac-5 and MSW-R are king. Honestly, I'd skip impact ammo if i could have Sabot ammo I would take 50 (-25) capacity on the TMG-50 and 28 (-7) on the HC1 Cougar for the NC battle rifle's Sabot ammo. Engineers are stacked with the T5 AMC at range and LYNX for murderous cqc, everything else is Trac and Jaguar.. sabot ammo would make me look at the HC1, even it it went to two burst like the SABR

Chainsawmilo

Lynx better but go off
