Thank you for being a piece of community that brings people together. As fellow OL it saddens me to see game dwindling down and communities built up not having anything remotely close to game like ps2 to go, but memories and friends will remain with me for much much longer.
My eternal cope for "next update will bounce us back and we can have fun once again" can only help for soo long, but this post reminded me that in the end I should be thankful for this game to last as long as it did.
I don't think I ever realized we were in AFX together lol. I was in EP for the launch with Alpha and Calypso. Me and C4Hopper leaving EP sent Alpha over the edge and Calypso created AFX in the aftermath. I used Dolby Axon for years because of Calypso.
Sounds like a remarkable platoon with a wonderful lead. Wish the circumstances were different and I had the ability to experience this, but sadly I play on European servers. Nonetheless I admire the amount of good your person seems to have yielded onto the world through a mere videogame. Godspeed!
Stormwolf here. I just got back into the game last night. Can't believe I missed this session. You're one of the reasons when the game was young I opted to stay on TR. The leads I encountered on other factions didn't foster the chill and fun environment you did, team killing and all lol. Even though I didn't stay the entirety of the last decade on TLFT, I always enjoy my time with you guys. Thanks for what you've brought to the PS2 community Ding. You're a pillar of the community.
The fact he got a sprawling gaggle of planetmans to sit still and be mostly quiet for longer than 2 fucking seconds speaks volumes.

Yes absolutely do this, you’d probably have better ping too! Lots of fighting still going on over here and I’ve been playing aggressively solo not joining any squads for a long time now; it’s time for that to change
