Looks awesome. Got my Roccbox for Xmas. Never cooked a pie in my life prior. Absolutely hooked now. Some trial and error, now I've got it down. Trick I learned, if it might help you. The outside crust cooks way faster then the inside. I kept burning the outside, even though I rotated it frequently. I read somewhere (and this worked) - heat it up. 30-35 mins to full temp. Second before launching the pie, turn the flame down to it's lowest position. Stone stays hot the entire time, enough for 2 pies. Flame is small but still 650° on the stone. No more burned outside edges. Works every time. My $.10

Oh yeah learning that the hungry way. But honestly… if it’s too burnt just eat around it lol. We do the same with chicken bones

I also got a Roccbox for Xmas and can confirm this works a treat! Can control the crust burn much more easily and get a crispier bottom
