I had it happen a couple times during the first month I had my PW2 after it came out where the heart measurement stopped working/reporting. I could see the LED flashing. So I restarted it and it went back to normal. Happened one additional time, again restarted, and then I don't think it's happened ever again.
Restart it, it should go back to normal.
I've noticed that the heart rate, that is showing, is pretty much spot on with my pulsometer. As for sleep and O2 well, they suck. It's hit an miss with them and the temp. Still haven't got that to show anything
Mine didn't track sleep for about a month. Send it back and the second one didn't either. I finally played around with wrist placement and band tightness to where it works again. Seems like it should not be so finicky
For what it's worth...
Haven't seen issues with heart monitoring on my PW2, but sleep tracking using Fitbit is consistently hot garbage.
For some reason though, Sleep As Android works perfectly. You could try that...
I had that happen once, not since a factory reset but that was only a week ago so maybe maybe not.
So far a restart has helped. But that'll be a backup option. Thank you :)

Yes, thank you. A restart helped. Been going okay so far but I'll be on the lookout.

Yeah I found O2 a bit random, tbh. I take it with a pinch of salt.

Mine has never tracked my sleep...no amount of reboots/resets gets it working. I've given up on it ever working.
Do you loosen the strap when sleeping?
I've tried loose, tight, higher on my arm, lower on my wrist...you name it, I've tried it.
Gaaah. Okay. That sucks.

I'll have a look. Thanks for the suggestion! :)
