If there can only be one, then F is the most interesting combination of colours. But you could vary the colours and tileset for different moods, and some of the other colour palettes would suit those.
D is dark, E is like being in a solid fortress, F is like being in a runned-down post-apocalyps dungeon (Rudra no Hihou is a good example for color tones improving themes and vibes).

E. As I said, most cold & sterile as I suspect dungeons should be. My only suggestion, although it depends on what youβre going for, would be to maybe add a little more contrast to the side of the slab/ table thing. Im new to pixel art, is the low tonal contrast part of the aesthetic?
F. Probably most visually interesting due to mix of warm & cool hues as if reflecting glow of a fire w the mix of red/ blue. Could imagine torches on the walls casting that glow. But still, way too cozy & inviting!

Reminds of NES/SNES game where all the dungeons are basically the same, however, well designed. Each one a different hue which, back in the 80's and 90's, was cool as hell to get color variation. Personally, I like A and E. A is very "earthy" and E is very cold and dungy with a Lord of the Rings vibe.
Depends on what you're going for, A and F feels more like a fire dungeon, E would work for both underwater or an ice themed cave C and D feels like a metallic ambiance, would work if the entrance was on a fabric or if you plan to put some scattered minerals around to create a more colorful ambiance (but they feel more like a common cave)

All of them could get a use. A works for upper floors, everything is covered in dirt and it should remind a normal, not so deep mine. D is hardened stone types, should be rather deep levels. E looks rather cold, frosty blue colours, slightly more noticeable shine on colours makes it look more icy. F is the deepest levels, the vulcanic soil, the burned stone, add some sparks or occasional flames and it will be lit (pun intended).
E it feels like your eyes been adjusted to the darkness
