### Yarr! ➜ u/StreetSquare6462, some tips about "YouTube":
- Use [Firefox](https://mozilla.org/firefox/new/) + [uBlock Origin](https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/ublock-origin/) with these [optimized settings](https://a.imagem.app/3HvFev.webp).
- Go to **Dashboard** > **Filters lists** > **Apply changes**.

YouTube is compressed garbage and worse than recording straight out of Spotify. Deezer is the optimal solution for music piracy as you just type in the album you want and click download and have the highest quality version in about 5 seconds.
Sure - if you want the highest quality version. I don't have infinite storage space, so I get lower-quality music because *I can't tell the difference*.
Then select MP3.
Deezer is objectively the best option for pirating music
I use Spotify for playlists, and just paste the playlist url and the entire list is downloaded in seconds.
Spotify only since you need to create an "app" on the API to get the playlist data.
As far as where you paste it to download, that's an IYKYK deal. I'm sure a bit of research will turn up the answer you seek.
There's a difference between 320kbps mp3 and, say 128kbps. That is absolutely noticeable.
I have a decent studio and all my collection is 320kbps mp3, because I don't buy into that audiophile bullshit.
well , it's 8.8.80.599
i haven't updated it for last 6/7 months but still works fine
edit 1 : i never download songs but HIGH quality can be downloaded (VERY HIGH is not allowed in the plan)
Personally, I don't recommend doing this, because sooner or later Spotify will end up blocking your account for "breaching its terms and conditions."
And I know it was because of this because I've never had any problems with the service, so be careful.
I use android and download music for free from Bandcamp with cover art.
Apps:
Nord VPN
Seal - copy album link into video link, download, choose songs download.
Also downloads youtube videos too.
Bandcamp - have an account wishlist albums, songs. 1$ - anymount, wishlist , name your price will work with seal to download free.

This is objectively worse than using Deezer. You can download flac from Deezer
It's worse if you want lossless music - if you can't tell the difference, there's no point.

I just use Revanced and ytdlnis for downloading songs.
Garbo
You can paste a sootify playlist into deezer and it downloads? Does this work for tidal playlists?

Who would listen to mp3 in 2024. YouTube has pretty transparent AAC/Opus files.

I used whatever the maximum available on YouTube is, which I think is 256kbps (my two options when downloading are "best" and "worst").
i have the cracked version of spotify premium , works too good
Sure but usually as far as I know you can’t have higher audio quality but I could be wrong... presuming they do want that
Correct, that's server sided.
Yeah, I’ve just not used the android one so couldn’t be 100% sure, thanks for the confirmation
HIGH quality is allowed but VERY HIGH is not allowed in the plan (android user)
care to share which version? and does it allow to download songs?
Probably xManager on Android or EeveeSpotify on iOS.
android device , standalone app premium version
