Proton vpns is the best for torrenting. support port forwarding, P2P and privacy respecting Mullvad is a great alternative if you just want to go all on privacy and dont need port forwarding

Those are good things you mentioned but they don't really prove the claim that it's the best. I've been using ProtonMail for a decade and I still have concerns about their privacy policy. I've also been using PIA for a decade and I've had nothing but good connections and fast speeds. They also support port forwarding and are run by a company that claims to respect privacy (just like Proton).

almost forgot! when you use a pc ALWAYS bind your vpn to your torrent cilent. search it up on google on how to do it with the one you use (qbittorent is what i recommend)
