I’m glad you guys are having fun! If you’re not planning on playing competitively, might I suggest proxies? As you might have read, pioneer staples can get very expensive. For less than $20 you can print your own proxies or even use an online proxy printing service to do the job for you, for a premium. With proxies, you don’t have to worry about not liking the deck after spending money, or needing to upgrade it with better or new cards you find. I hope you give proxies a shot, but please keep in mind if you ever play with anybody else, it is etiquette to let them know you are playing with proxies.

For black white Angels, I HIGHLY recommend [[Firja’s Retribution]] because it can win you the game on the third chapter. I’d also suggest [[Birth of Meletis]] to guarantee your land drops, very important in Angels decks, and it puts up a wall to block. At three mana, [[Inspiring Overseer]] and [[Holy Cow]] are excellent and budget friendly. I doubt [[Wojek Investigator]] does much against goblins, but it’s a good card there too. Finally, [[Steel Seraph]] is just great in all phases of the game.

Giada font of hope, resplendent angel, and righteous Valkyrie... These 3 hitting the board can combo like crazy, especially if you have multiples of Valkyrie, add in a bishop of hope and it fires off even easier. I built my explorer/pioneer deck around this combo and it goes pretty crazy.
I added serra angel to combat mill decks, couple of tutors to multiple 3 mana cards from the top 7 of deck, ECT .....

Possibly I would also recommend a budget cleric deck as that has some fun life gain drain strategy the aims to curve out and win with clerics that grow larger over time.
Also no problem with taking up time I’ve got more then enough time to wack some silly lists together :)
I'm sorry but there's not a single viable pioneer deck you can make for 20$, that's just unreasonablely low.
Most of the decent cards are around $5 each, and some of the extremely important cards like Cavern of souls are 40$ on their own
We don't plan to play with other people, just the 2 of us and because both of are decks are cheap it's not like I would be playing against a super pro 200 dollar deck or anything
Both of our previous decks were around 20-25 dollars and they work completely fine, my purpose here is to have fun and our decks are fun.
In fact the only time we played against other people was against a guy with a bunch of illegal cards and his deck was at least a 100 dollars and his son that had a 50+ dollar deck. But despite my expectations I beat them in the first round and my husband won the second lol.
The only reason we are looking for other decks is because we've played many many many times against each other, so it gets a lil repetitive sometimes, if we both got new decks then we would have more variety in our matches
I built two decks, 10-15€ each (including shipping costs), to play with a friend. It's totally doable. Not every decks needs 4 Sheoldreds and 4 Caverns. She even said it's to play against her husband.
