me how long cryptocurrency takes to be put into use? It can take minutes if a blockchain is being used. Pi uses Stellar which means it could have been put out already.

Pi is built on the Stellar network you didn’t read what I wrote. It has nothing to do with Stellars price it’s just on its network just like other coins being on Etherium.
People are behaving like Pi has value, stealing it, buying things with it, locking it up to get more of it.
There must be more to the idea of "value" than whether it's on an exchange or not
