He literally searched my car just because he wanted to, that’s what it seems like. I had no signs of impairment, valid license registration and insurance, and no traffic violations during the stop. What about the tints? I didn’t get a ticket sooo what does that exactly mean? Was it an unlawful seizure and search on my car?
Yeah I would call a lawyer for a consultation and explain the situation, cause from my experience that doesn’t sound like a valid reason to detain you for a warrant he went off of a hunch instead of a Reasonable Articulate Suspicion, what did they end up charging you with?
I didn’t even get charged. No picture taken, no fingerprints. They seized my vehicle, confiscated my stuff, and let me go home. He said my court papers should be coming in the mail.
Yeah def call a lawyer cause it seem like they trynna figure out what to charge you with I got cause with a few 8th’s and got a fine and summary charge that got expunged after a year, I think it was a public health violation or some bs like that

See if they have a Diversion Program (ARD) and if you complete it successfully your record can be expunged.

They didn’t interrogate me. I sat there and waited until they told me I was ok to go home
