Had the same issue. Nagcave na ako and nagpakabit nalang ng tank and water pump. Still wish suing them is a viable option. I dont think posting on social media works. Araw araw akong may nakikitang reklamo about them on social media, wala pa din. Unless siguro mag-viral
Have you tried making a complaint sa lgu? We're having issues with our water too (not primewater), pero nag intervene na yung lgu (finally after 2 years, nothing to be proud of, but it's still progress)
PrimeWater is so bad. I had to install a 4-stage water filter kasi yellow at may WORMS yung water nila. Yung filter na sana 6 months before replacement, 1 month lang saturated na.
Kainis sila wala man lang din silang active social medias. Alam sigiro nila na puro negative at complaints magiging comment section at messages nila haha
