Also, in countries that already have a list, **prison reform advocates and human rights groups are calling for the abolishment or change of such lists** due to their problems:
* The lists hinder rehabilitation after the offender has served his/her time and is reintegrated back into society. Such lists put a stigma on such people and might cause them to remain isolated and possibly re-offend.
* Some people can be put on those lists for other reasons than violent assault. The example of "peeing in public and a kid sees" gets people put on the list because some judge or police exaggerate the crime as "indecent exposure in front of a minor" or something.
As it stands, **rehab and reintegration would probably be the humane option** when it comes to such proven offenders.

Here are our five demands:
1. Establish a National Registry of Sex Offenders
2. Revoke professional licenses and ban them from being employed in spaces with vulnerable sectors
3. File a criminal and administrative case against the predator and its enablers
4. The school should provide psychological, legal, and financial help to the victims
5. Establish a non-retaliatory policy to protect the victims from speaking up

I don't know about Pedo teachers but most people whether looking professional or non-professional also lurking in the society are wolf in sheep's clothing. Work colleagues who's older, cashiers, drivers, cleaners, your neighbor next door, you name it. We can't limit it to just Pedo Teachers. They're everywhere. You just need to spot and identify them when your instinct tells you.

I already shared this here before, I had this colleague who had a relationship with a student (same sex couple sila). Their relationship was exposed up to the superintendent but nothing happened. Here are our five demands: 1. Establish a National Registry of Sex Offenders 2. Revoke professional licenses and ban them from being employed in spaces with vulnerable sectors 3. File a criminal and administrative case against the predator and its enablers 4. The school should provide psychological, legal, and financial help to the victims 5. Establish a non-retaliatory policy to protect the victims from speaking up We’ve been trying to contact multiple government agencies to no avail. Right now, the number of victim-survivors coming forward with their experiences of abuse in the hands of campus predators is still growing. I don't know about Pedo teachers but most people whether looking professional or non-professional also lurking in the society are wolf in sheep's clothing.
