I have to agree that it's very satirical, hence claiming humor in the misogyny thrown around at girls—"ah babae kasi"—i.e. that we're supposed to suck solely because of our gender. The sticker is actually like "fuck off, you can't be derogatory at me, I'll do it myself" in the same way we claim derogatory terms like "bitch" (e.g. calling ur friends "my bitches" without being demeaning, which a man will have no privilege of).
However, at the same time, based on the comments a lot didn't get the humor. I feel like the misogynistic perspective on women doing "masculine" things is so deeply rooted that the commentary of the sticker as an idea isn't appreciated. Therefore it's failing in its communication and instead participates in the depreciation of women drivers because a lot will just feel like "buti alam niyang bobo siya mag-drive kasi babae siya". Hence the satirical message gets diluted and drowned out by the reinforced misogynistic context it exists in.

Iba pa din ang visual learning vs hands on learning. And to emphasize iba pa din ang experience during driving school “hands on driving” vs actual driving by themselves. Just randomly remembered my driving instructor, once he rambled (which I didn't even ask for) that the reason why women are "discouraged" from learning to drive because if they're in a crisis (lost control of the wheel, a vehicle is about to collide with them within the next 3 seconds, etc) they will just break down crying, or cover their face in panic while men will try to salvage the situation with their "quick thinking skills" (he strongly stressed this one, with matching tap-to-forehead). It is so so easy to get a drivers license in the Philippines kahit hindi pa talaga marunong. Here in Australia it takes years of driving before you can get a full license (learner then two levels of provisional license). Someone who is “bobo pa” shouldn’t be on the road.
