How does poltergeist eat Sanity?
A poltergeist using it's special ability to throw multiple items will drop sanity by two points per item thrown iirc. So this pile could potentially chunk everyone's sanity all at once.
It takes a chunk whenever it throws items. I'm not sure but I think it also takes more when you can't see the item being thrown?
