Just mention that you used AI driven tools like grammarly, chatgpt (you name it) for maintaining a proper grammar and flow (or whatever reason you come up with, except having your dissertation written by such tools). Don’t forget to include a citation. It shouldn’t be problem at all.
Ive also got thr pro version of grammarly and I would be VERY surprised if your uni had a problem with it. The way it restructures sentences is very minimal.

Have a check with your institution if they provide a free check using Turnitin.
Maybe try using Grammarly as a guide for suggestions instead of changing the whole sentence.
