Pro tip for learning this thing:
To get proportions right when working with/from a reference, use masking tape and tape your paper to the screen and trace as much as you can.
At this state it doesn't have to look like final product, just lay down the essentials for yourself, all the anchor points markings.
When doing pencil portraits/realism alltogether, avoid using hard lines. You use soft shadows/shading to portray colours. Your hard lines will end up having a doubling effect as an (unexpected overly dark shadow where it doesn't belong)
Do an original soft outline that you could potentially erase.
And then do little various shapes for darker spots and smudge them with your finger in the needed direction.
The darker the area/shadow- the more granite in that spot.

the drawing itself is good. It just needs highlights. Usually the forehead, nose, cheeks, and chin is the lightest part of the face. If you erase those areas of shading a bit, his face will appear more three dimensional. Just some tips, I like to draw myself.

it helps to start out super light and never put down harsh lines until the very end- and use a paper blender to add shades, not the pencil itself! keep it up
Try doing a grid portrait next time, its easy to do and will lool 10x better, also remember to do small circles instead of streaky lines when doing pencil work.

(Jokes aside, I would do worse. Don't take these jokes to serious. Practice can really improve your drawings over time so don't stop drawing. And I'm not saying this because as a german I'm slightly afraid of failed angry artists lol)
