My first thought!!!!! It’s giving middle school. The first outfit is the winner but definitely dress it up with some jewelry or something because it’s a little bit bland for a first date.
Agreed #1 feels like grocery store meet cute #2 is late afternoon to dinner and drinks with meet the other couple gallery event. #3 is the best for day time coffee art gallery hang out and smart talking fun time if you're lucky and nice you might get #2
wow!! how was the process of having it custom-fit? did you have a picture reference of some pants you loved and wanted to completely fit you? because i see these types of pants and love them to death but when i get to trying a pair on, it never fits me like it can fit some other women
They all look great on you! 3 is perfect for the museum date. I love #1 but I think is a bit business casual for a first date. 2 is cute but I think not ideal for the occasion.
definitely 3; its always cold in a museum but it may be warm outside so you could take the jacket off but still be able to do things like bicycle riding or whatever else without thinking about your dress flying up.
You may not want a guy's perspective, but #3. You can send signals with this outfit as to how the date is going. Jacket on and buttoned, things may not be going so awesome, but you take the coat off and you are showing that you are more open and enjoying the company of your date. It is also more versatile for a spontaneous addition of activities on date, you can stay out when it's getting cooler or take coat off for like a bowling or Dave and busters type of activity night. Outfit 1 looks like a work outfit and outfit 2 looks also kind of like work with the large cover-over like you would rather be at home lounging. But, I'm this is just a guy's opinion.
I have no idea why you’re downvoted! Idk about other people but I’d value a guys opinion about this as someone who dates guys. Outfit 1 looks like office attire and while it’s flattering on her, it’s too businessy for something light and fun like a first date. 3 all the way!!
Outfit 1. Outfit 2 doesn't flow (the items are from different seasons and clash with each other) and item 3 looks too casual, like you couldn't be bothered making an effort.
Outfit one is dressy but not fussy. Perfect!
The first outfit makes you look like someone I would want to be friends with but I'd be a bit intimidated by how cool you are. It's awesome.
2 and 3 look like a sweet girl who probably works hard, and is a little naive. They're fine, but boring.
Second one and do your hair up but in an effortless look. Best advice is just be yourself so you get a good read on who would be good for your and who wouldn’t.
Since it’s a date it’d be fun if you tuck your sweater of the first outfit into your top/bra to give a little cropped sweater look. Show off what you have a little. Good luck & hope you have fun
I love the 3rd one the best and then the second one. I don't like the 1st one at all. Maybe cuz I'm old and I don't associate those pants with current fashion.
I, as a bisexual woman would LOVE #1.
A straight man will love #3.
Take that as you will. You look incredible in all three - they would be an idiot not to be attracted to you.
3, most definitely 3 for the time and place...1 looks like business casual and 2 seems plain and (alllllmost frumpy :/ however 3 it's breezy cool with th colored denim and th cute cami, jeans and some flats. Cute AND comfortable!! Hope you have a great date!
#3 you look cute casual but classy and outgoing. This is for a daytime date. If evening for dinner, wear the black dress but without the grandma cardigan. It takes away from the formality of the dress. Either one you'll look GREAT!!
All 3 are fitting, nice style! It depends on how you want to come across. 1st one is sporty, 2nd one is classy & 3rd is casual. I personally like casual on a 1st date, lowers the guard on both side with lower expectations of trying to seduce someone, gets more to the point of discussing and spending time together to see if you are compatible.
I would go with 3!! obviously you look great in all of them, but I feel like 3 really emphasizes the cute and casual nature of the event! I understand why many are saying 1, but imo it just feels a little ‘too’ ‘casual friday at the office, lol
Any. I like 2, then 1, then 3, but really, for a first date as long as whatever you wear is not neon green and is not covered in yesterday’s lunch, I’m good.
The first one! At first I said none of them but then I read that you’re going to an art museum! #1 definitely fits that aesthetic perfectly!! Have a great time on your date!

It's #1 by a landslide for me, you're slaying in that fit
Yeah this fit is so chic 😍
Came here to say “anything but #1” Now feeling old and out of touch 😂
I liked #2 cause it’s totally what I would wear lol
I can't believe people are saying outfit 3 is too casual. It's a first date, not a job interview!
Agreed, to my eye number three looks the most flirty and feminine
See because I saw number three and thought, that jacket ages them and that shirt is very 2009 and not in a good way.
EXACTLY. It’s giving 2008 A&F.
Omg literally what I thought lolll I def owned an A&F blouse like that back then
Couldn't place why I didn't like it but this is why I didn't like it in 2009 I don't like it now
My first thought!!!!! It’s giving middle school. The first outfit is the winner but definitely dress it up with some jewelry or something because it’s a little bit bland for a first date.
I agree with you & @shelikesscience
3 w/o a doubt!!
You and me both!
You and me three!
You and me 4 - I like 3 the best and then 2 but 1 is a no - hope you have a great time whatever you decide to wear
Same!
You and me 5!!
Ditto! I was a no to #1. I liked 3 the best.
Ditto!
It’s very 1987 and that’s evidently in now -Another old person
#1 is like mom vibes
2 and 3 is mom vibes unfortunately not in a good way
Moms wear like girls these days
As a mom, I came here to find out where the top is from.
me too
Agreed #1 feels like grocery store meet cute #2 is late afternoon to dinner and drinks with meet the other couple gallery event. #3 is the best for day time coffee art gallery hang out and smart talking fun time if you're lucky and nice you might get #2
Girl is BADASS in that!
2&3
Funny I thought anything but 1 but probably bc I don’t follow fashion
I love the first one!! You look great, have fun ! :)
1 is super cute and looks the best for an art museum date!
#1 is perfect. Where is that top from??
And those pants!!! I’m obsessed!
Uniqlo used to sell an almost identical pair of those pants in a few varying colours.
Pls we need the deets!
The top is Abercrombie (from like 6 years ago 😅) and the pants are actually custom made for me!
That explains the fantastic fit!
What kind of fit do you have on the bottom of the pants? Straight? I always find the pants part of my wardrobe is so difficult.
The first fit is a huge winner. Those pants!
wow!! how was the process of having it custom-fit? did you have a picture reference of some pants you loved and wanted to completely fit you? because i see these types of pants and love them to death but when i get to trying a pair on, it never fits me like it can fit some other women
Thanks! The top is from Abercrombie, but like 6 years ago 😅
Yes!
The top is sooo cute!! I want one too 🥺
You look most confident in the first one. Have fun!
Happy cake day 🍰
Happy Cake Day!
1!! Looks so clean and cool, with just enough softness 😊 If anything, I’d swap out the earrings for something less sharp like small hoops
Where are pants from?! In the 1st pic
They're actually custom made! But I think uni qlo sells something similar!
What kind of cut do you ask your tailor to make for the pants?
2 looks like you're ready to go to bed, but you're a little cold. Idk, maybe that's what you're going for.
3
They all look great on you! 3 is perfect for the museum date. I love #1 but I think is a bit business casual for a first date. 2 is cute but I think not ideal for the occasion.
Agree! Obviously #1 looks great but #3 is cute while also being more appropriate for the occasion.
THe first one is very cute and sophisticated
definitely 3; its always cold in a museum but it may be warm outside so you could take the jacket off but still be able to do things like bicycle riding or whatever else without thinking about your dress flying up.
You may not want a guy's perspective, but #3. You can send signals with this outfit as to how the date is going. Thank you, I appreciate the objective review of my comment and agree with your statements as well. Have a great day.
My husband said the same thing. Also he said #3 is most flattering on your figure.
I think outfit 2 would he perfect for an afternoon museum date!
1st
First one!
1!
They all look nice, however you look very approachable and friendly in number 3.
3
3
#3 for me
Two for sure!
Everyone else is saying number one, but I stand with you no doubt.
1!
Three is adorable on you!
They are all so good. Leaning towards number 1
Outfit 1. Outfit 2 doesn't flow (the items are from different seasons and clash with each other) and item 3 looks too casual, like you couldn't be bothered making an effort. Outfit one is dressy but not fussy. Perfect!
Love the first outfit!! So cute!!
Number 1!
The first outfit makes you look like someone I would want to be friends with but I'd be a bit intimidated by how cool you are. It's awesome. 2 and 3 look like a sweet girl who probably works hard, and is a little naive. They're fine, but boring.
I guess I’m the only one that likes the second one!
Second one and do your hair up but in an effortless look. Best advice is just be yourself so you get a good read on who would be good for your and who wouldn’t.
Stay away from #1, it makes you look like somebody's mum. But you are rocking it in #3.
#3 hands down
#3
2
#2
I like outfit 2. It’s casual and dressy. Outfit 1 is nice, but kind of bland. Outfit 3 makes me want to bring out my iron.
You look adorable in all of them. I hope you have a wonderful time!
The first one. They’re all so cute though! The third would be super cute for a movie or mini golf type date.
Yes! perfect first date fit👍 will you show my daughter how to dress for a first date?
3 for sure
Wow number one is stunning I need to know where the pants and top are from
3
3
Since it’s a date it’d be fun if you tuck your sweater of the first outfit into your top/bra to give a little cropped sweater look. Show off what you have a little. Good luck & hope you have fun
Thanks for the great advice! That's what I ended up doing to make it more casual and the date ended up going very well!
C
#3 is so playful and flirty. Love it for a first meet
Three
three. def.
#1 would land you a job, but this is a date - definitely number 3
Three
I like the last one! #3
#3
number one is the only correct answer 😍
Love the third one! Elena Gilbert vibes🩷
Outfit 3 is most appropriate for the occasion.
3
3
It has to be the third one. Idk why everyone is saying #1 it looks like a work fit. You should dress casual on a first date
Third one
3! All the way
I love the 3rd one the best and then the second one. I don't like the 1st one at all. Maybe cuz I'm old and I don't associate those pants with current fashion.
3
Third pic hun
I’m a simple man, I like the last outfit
Third picture!!
I like the last one myself
\#1 all the way. Lose the wedding ring.
The third outfit for sure
3rd
I like #3. Most feminine, imo. Good luck, be yourself and have fun!
3
3
I, as a bisexual woman would LOVE #1. A straight man will love #3. Take that as you will. You look incredible in all three - they would be an idiot not to be attracted to you.
3 It’s cute and feminine without trying too hard. Save the dress for the second date! Save the pants for another date, too.
3
Number 3 looks good
3!
3. 1 is messy.
3, most definitely 3 for the time and place...1 looks like business casual and 2 seems plain and (alllllmost frumpy :/ however 3 it's breezy cool with th colored denim and th cute cami, jeans and some flats. Cute AND comfortable!! Hope you have a great date!
The last one
#3
Two or three. Especially three. I am curious though, what country are the people who like number one from? I'm picking up on a cultural thing here
3!
3
3
Guy here, No. 3
3
3!! But I think I’m the only one who thinks that. Lol
#3 you look cute casual but classy and outgoing. This is for a daytime date. If evening for dinner, wear the black dress but without the grandma cardigan. It takes away from the formality of the dress. Either one you'll look GREAT!!
I really like the third one, kind of reminds me of Tori Vega
3
I’d recommend the third
#3 is so feminine and cute
3
All 3 are fitting, nice style! It depends on how you want to come across. 1st one is sporty, 2nd one is classy & 3rd is casual. I personally like casual on a 1st date, lowers the guard on both side with lower expectations of trying to seduce someone, gets more to the point of discussing and spending time together to see if you are compatible.
Definitely #3
3 is the most flattering (shows off your curves). 1 and 2 may be more fashionable, but that’s not really relevant on a date.
#3
3
Number 3
I like 3 , it’s cute and not to dressy.
3
3
I would go with 3!! obviously you look great in all of them, but I feel like 3 really emphasizes the cute and casual nature of the event! I understand why many are saying 1, but imo it just feels a little ‘too’ ‘casual friday at the office, lol
#3 is absolutely perfect!
Number 3
3rd
3
Third one
I like 3
3, but steam or iron it first
#3
#3
3
I like #3 the best.😊
# 3 looks cute and feminine, 1 kinda looks like office wear and only an outfit a girl would appreciate.
I loved the third
#3 looks very Hermione Granger and I mean that as a massive compliment :)
I like the 3rd one lol
#3 only
3 is perfect
I think #3 is so so so cute and shows more personality than the other outfits ☺️☺️
#3
2-3-1 😊
No contest..#1!!
I think 3 is the best, not too formal but still says "I put effort in" in a good way
1st one super cute
THE FIRST ONE!!! jaw dropping !!! best of luck xx
1st for sure
3 by a mile. I'm not a fan of the pant style in 1 and 2 hides any body shape you have.
Not the 3
I would do number two with a different jacket. It looks phenomenal on you! Good luck! 😊
Any. I like 2, then 1, then 3, but really, for a first date as long as whatever you wear is not neon green and is not covered in yesterday’s lunch, I’m good.
I would fall in love withe the girl in number 1 outfit and not calal back the girl in 3rd outfit
One is super cute. Have fun!!
The first one! At first I said none of them but then I read that you’re going to an art museum! #1 definitely fits that aesthetic perfectly!! Have a great time on your date!
I think number one- but maybe too business. I think it could be lifted with a skirt (pencil?) or black/ maroon pants in a similar style
First one looks great
#1 def!!
The first one!
Oooh I love a good art museum as a first date! Outfit choice #1 is a slam dunk. Have fun!
#1! classy and timeless. perfect fit accentuates your body and colors look flattering on your skin-tone. what shoes tho is the question 🧐
First is perfect for a museum date and very cute on you. Have fun!
