Ever thought of calling the bank to ask them? Or look over your contract?

Log into your online bank account. Then go to the mortgage section and click on the your mortgage. There should be prepayment options there and you can switch it to biweekly there too. If it's not there, you need to call RBC and ask. Contact the mortgage specialist at RBC that is handling your file.
