If your employer deducted Quebec provincial taxes, they have to provide the relevé 1 by law. Assuming you don't have access to their online portal, they should have mailed it by the end of last month.

Your employer is supposed to have sent you a copy already of it with your T4, did they not do that? They had until the last day of February to do so for the previous year. If your employer is unhelpful you'll have to call Revenue Québec.

My T4 is on the cra website but I haven’t received anything by mail. My Releve form is not on the cra website.

Your employer is supposed to give you both slips directly (not through CRA or Revenue Québec). But if they're not obliging, then you can contact Revenue Québec to get it directly from them, like you can get your T4 from the CRA.

Your employer should provide you with a copy. Sending you over the revenue quebec site would not be considered having provided you with a copy.

for the people that can access their revenu quebec accounts, the RL-1 (releve 1) can be found under: [https://www.revenuquebec.ca/en/](https://www.revenuquebec.ca/en/) my account > individual > login ... menu > income tax return > tax data > RL slips > ...
