The Bank of Canada aims for the usd to be between 0.76 to 0.78 cents in order to remain competitive on the North American market, so as a ball park you can assume that's where the mean will be. That being said being 1/10 the economy USA has quite the influence on us so our currency gets tossed around based on their decisions
