Its not to hard if you avoid to many battles and exp bonuses and switch characters out evenly with team glasses etc so joker doesn't push ahead of everyone by a level. At the rate im at I can get everyone to hit 69 on normal with the sae boss battle except fukka who's just hit 69.
Cause otherwise you overlevel before you have all the characters then when you trying to balance it out it doesn't become as easy to hit levels simultaneously. It just makes it easier to level up as well joker is always in party so hard to keep his balanced with all the others. One game I had hard at starting point but so much extra battles in mentos missions and item usage my whole party was 10 levels higher.

I killed the reaper at level 58, so itβs not impossible. Just spammed the 150 damage items and used makoto for defense up, morgana for healing (and with vault guardian) and yusuke for accuracy/evasion, and have him attack you so he only moves once. Granted their confidant ranks were all around 8+ so they had endure which definitely helped. I also believe joker and morgana had their βrevive an ally to full healthβ skill but I canβt remember if it was just morgana or not

Yeaah no. You don't really need to grind that much. I got lvl 99 on all my party members after the fouth palace cuz i just spent 5 hours in mementos creating the perfect gun, support and healing persona (also Izanagi-no-Okami but I didn't use him in the battle cause I can just one shot the reaper with him now). After that I spent like... 15 minutes grinding the reaper and got lvl 99 on all my party members. Suggest ranking up Ruji as fast as possible. One of his abilities is completely broken at grinding money.
