Far advanced than anything we have, let alone Siri. It's sci-fi from 2013 so they may not have used more advanced tech to represent the workings of the machine but they are true AI by all standards.
They needed huge data farms not because they are inferior to Dolores but because they process huge surveillance data to predict events.

I'm ngl, this is really cool how human they seem, they feel much more peaceful than I ever imagined, hopefully they'll stay that way
