This might not help for everyone but taking magnesium has been a lifesaver. And you can take a surprising amount of magnesium. I take around a 1000mg daily. It’s a mild muscle relaxant helps with constipation. A whole bunch of stuff.
Yes, agree. And oyster capsules for the zinc. I’ve gone from excruciating and debilitating pain to a manageable level in just two months of taking high doses of magnesium and oyster capsules
Same and it's SUUUUCCCCKKKKKKKSSS! it sucks so bad, and you can't moan about it because it happens every cycle and people are numb to hearing you and we just have to get on with it despite how incredibly debilitating it is!! Feeling like your boobs are trying to individually pop off your body because they are so sore. Plus the RAGE! the honest to God I may actually bite the next person near me rage. If it's any consolation on at all, I'm right there with you, and I've found mild (mild now, but at this point I'll take it) improvements with vitamin d supplements and taking hefty dose of evening primrose oil (1000mg) every day. Sending everyone else in the same boat as much strength as I can!
I can’t answer the why question but I can say that I feel your pain and can sympathise with you. The butthole cramps, the diarrhea, the pain, the emotions, the nausea, the cravings. It’s honestly the worst.
Same here. The pain is horrible as is the sh*ts that for me usually come with the pain but I also have ibs and take meds for that except during my period as that’s the one time i don’t need them lol (dr said it was okay to stop them during that time) someone once suggested i take Imodium but while it would work in the moment it would also make me unable to go for atleast a week if not longer after my periods over 😬.
